Track Your Symptoms

“Sneeze.” “Cough.” “Itch.” “Ouch!”
If you listen carefully, your allergy-like symptoms say a lot. Symptoms can tell you if you or your child is sick. They also can tell you or your doctor what caused the illness in the first place. Once the cause is known, symptoms can tell you how to reduce or prevent your likelihood of having other episodes of illness in the future. That’s why it’s important to keep track of your symptoms, whether they involve your skin, ears, upper airway (nasal passages), or lungs.
